User Case

User case can show the great example of your products and services for other users' references, and it can also promote your products and services.


1. Switch on User module

Before you user Case module, you have to turn on User module at Zsite backend. Go to SET->Site->Basic Settings and check User.

Go to User and you can find Case in the Navigation bar.


2. Manage Category and Settings

2.1 Manage Category

Go to User->Case, and click Manage Category at the left column of the page. Enter names and aliased for categories and click Save.

Then you can see all the categories. Add child categories, or edit/delete it. You can also set access control for it, either Public or User.


2.2 Case Settings

You can set ON/OFF for web snapshot, web scraping, etc.

3. Add a Case

3.1 Add Case

Login as Admin, go to User->Case. Click Add Case. It does not required to review cases added at the backend.

Enter the URL and click Submit. Zsite will automatically get the relevant information as shown below.

Click Save and you will see it in the list.


3.2 Add Case on the frontend

A user can also add cases on the frontend. Login your site, go to User Center->My Cases. Click Add Case at the upper right.

Enter the URL and do the same as in backend. The only difference is that cases added on the frontend have to pass the review before it is shown on your website.


4. Review Cases

Login the backend as Admin, go to User->Case. You will see all the cases, including the one with Status as Not Review.


Click Review and you can click Pass/Reject. You can set is as Classic, + 50 point, or so when passing a case.
