Worksheet in Zsite Pro is to facilitate communications between you and your customers.
There are three types of a worksheet in the Settings page.
- General: your can customize worksheets;
- By product category: set by product categories
- By product: set by published products
"Service Period" is the guarantee during which you will provide aftersales service. Within it, your customers can submit a worksheet to consult about any problems they have with the product. On the settings page, you can set the default period of the aftersales service, and set service period to certain customer/product.
